Store Tatsoi in a plastic bag in the crisper drawer of the fridge for 3-5 days. You can also wrap the leaves in a damp paper towel and store in the fridge.

Uses:

Tatsoi is good cooked or raw. It can be stir-fried, added to soups, salads, made into pesto or used as garnish. Tatsoi has a mustard flavor, and leaves with a similar texture to spinach. Both the stems and leaves can be eaten.
